The Continuum Showflat Location and Viewing Hours

Our showflat is on Rose Lane, Singapore, signposted as the Continuum Showflat. Rose Lane is a road name rather than a numbered address, so the sales gallery itself is the landmark to navigate to. It is open daily from 10am to 7pm, by appointment.

Please note the showflat is not at the project site. It is on Rose Lane, about 270 metres from the development, distinct from where The Continuum is being built on Thiam Siew Avenue. Set your navigation to the showflat address rather than the development address. The Continuum is developed by Hoi Hup Sunway Katong Pte. Ltd., a joint venture of Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments, and your visit will be handled directly by the developer appointed sales team.

Our showflat features four fully furnished units, covering the entry, mid range and top of range configurations at The Continuum:

2 Bedroom + Study (Type B4, 721 sqft): a Master Bedroom and Bath alongside a second Bedroom, Bath and Study nook, fitted with an induction hob, Samsung free standing fridge and Samsung washer dryer combo, with Laufen sanitary ware and Gessi fittings.
3 Bedroom Premier (Type C5, 1,087 sqft): three bedrooms with the master taking its own bath and the other two sharing a second, plus a Household Shelter fitted with aluminium louvred slide and swing doors so it can be ventilated when used as a helper’s room, on a gas hob kitchen.
3 Bedroom + Study (Type C9, 1,249 sqft): a Prestige Collection unit with its own private lift and lift lobby, marble flooring through the living, dining and corridor spaces, a Study alongside three bedrooms, and a second store room.
5 Bedroom (Type E-PH, 2,260 sqft): our top of range penthouse unit, with a 4.62m high ceiling at the Living and Dining area, a Master Bedroom with Walk-in Wardrobe, a Junior Master Bedroom, three further bedrooms, a Powder Room, and a kitchen fitted with a built-in dishwasher and wine chiller.

Our sales representatives will walk you through The Continuum’s project information and location highlights, and help you compare unit types side by side using our floor plans. They will also talk you through financing, including an indicative loan quantum and current pricing, using our Mortgage Calculator and the latest Price List.

If you already have a specific stack or floor in mind, do let us know when booking, our team can advise on view orientation across The Continuum’s four broad facing directions, from the CBD skyline to East Coast Park. Seeing the V-ZUG, Franke and Samsung kitchen fittings and the Laufen and Gessi bathroom fittings in person, and walking the actual ceiling heights and room proportions, especially the dramatic 4.62m penthouse ceilings, gives a far better sense of scale than floor plans and renders alone.
