The Continuum has 816 units drawn as 49 individually named layouts. Those 49 layouts group into nine price bands spanning one to five bedrooms, from a 560 sqft 1 Bedroom + Study to a 2,260 sqft 5 Bedroom penthouse. The layout count runs well ahead of the band count because most base types carry a ground-floor variant suffixed -G and a penthouse variant suffixed -PH, and each variant sits in its base type’s band. Nineteen base layouts are drawn below; the -G and -PH variants share the drawing and differ in the private enclosed space, balcony and strata void noted on it.

 
Every plan carries the same note on strata area: reinforced concrete ledges and void space are marked as excluded from the strata area, while the air-conditioner ledge, the balcony and the private enclosed space are included in the figure quoted. A Type A is stated as 52 sqm or 560 sqft inclusive of 5 sqm of balcony and 3 sqm of air-conditioner ledge; a Type B1-PH is stated as 75 sqm or 807 sqft inclusive of 15 sqm of strata void, 5 sqm of balcony and 3 sqm of air-conditioner ledge. That matters for any per square foot comparison. Because the air-conditioner ledge is inside the quoted size here, the stated area is the larger measure, so a psf worked from it reads lower than the same physical home would read at a development whose quoted sizes exclude the ledge. The comparison flatters these figures rather than the other stock, and a like-for-like reading has to account for it. URA’s harmonised floor area definitions apply to development applications submitted on or after 1 June 2023; the plans here are drawn on the earlier basis.

The Continuum Condo Siteplan

The site is split by Thiam Siew Avenue itself into two halves joined by a private overhead bridge. North Continuum holds Block 1 (17 storeys, stacks 01 to 09), Block 3 (17 storeys, stacks 10 to 18) and Block 5 (18 storeys, stacks 19 to 24). South Continuum holds Block 2 (18 storeys, stacks 25 to 30), Block 6 (17 storeys, stacks 31 to 39) and Block 8 (17 storeys, stacks 40 to 48). The nine-stack blocks are the 17-storey ones and the six-stack blocks are the 18-storey ones. Level 1 carries ground-floor units with private enclosed spaces alongside the arrival, pool, play and garden zones; two full basement levels sit beneath, holding the carpark and all the plant rooms. Tanjong Katong Road bounds the site to the west and Haig Road to the east.

The Continuum Unit Layouts

 
Layouts at The Continuum are squarish and regular, with the bedrooms grouped along one edge and the living and dining space running to the balcony. Household shelter provision is the one feature that does not follow bedroom count, so it is worth reading down that column before anything else.

The household shelter column is the surprise. It arrives at the 3 Bedroom Premier types and stays for every larger band except one: the 3 Bedroom + Study types, C8 and C9, have no shelter at all despite being larger than the 3 Bedroom Premier types that do. Those types spend the space on a private lift lobby, a second store room and a yard instead.

 

1 Bedroom + Study Floorplan Layout

 
Two layouts, 68 units, all 560 sqft. Type A occupies one stack in each of Blocks 1, 3, 6 and 8, running from the second storey to the seventeenth, with Type A-G as the ground-floor unit beneath it. This is the only band with no penthouse variant at all: the stack simply carries the standard layout to the top floor. Provision is an induction hob with a Franke sink, a V-ZUG hood and built-in oven, and a Samsung free standing fridge and washer dryer combo. A store room is provided; a household shelter is not.

 

2 Bedroom and 2 Bedroom + Study Floorplan Layout

 
Two bands drawn together, eight layouts and 306 units between them. The 2 Bedroom band runs 646 to 807 sqft across five layouts: Type B1 sits on one stack in each of the two 18-storey blocks and is the only type in the band with a penthouse variant, B1-PH at 807 sqft inclusive of 15 sqm of strata void, while Type B2 occupies eight stacks across the four 17-storey blocks and has no penthouse. The 2 Bedroom + Study band runs 700 to 721 sqft across three layouts, and it carries the development’s one genuine oddity: there is no base Type B3. B3-G exists only as a ground-floor unit, four of them, one at the foot of a Type B4 stack in each of Blocks 1, 3, 6 and 8, so that column of the building changes type between the first and second storeys. Both bands run an induction hob with the same Samsung appliance set, large format 1.2m by 0.6m tiles to the living, dining and bathroom, a store room and no household shelter.

 

3 Bedroom Floorplan Layout

 
Eight layouts, 102 units, 872 to 1,141 sqft. Type C1 at 872 sqft sits on one stack in each 18-storey block and is the smallest of the three; Type C2 at 947 sqft occupies three stacks across Blocks 3, 6 and 8; Type C3, also 947 sqft, occupies a single stack in Block 1 and is the only type in the band without a ground-floor variant, because that stack has no ground-floor unit. All three carry a foyer and a store room. None has a household shelter, and the C3 plan shows no yard and no separate water closet either. The specification tier splits inside this band: C2 and C3 take a gas hob, while C1 alone runs an induction hob, the same as the 1 and 2 Bedroom types.

 

3 Bedroom Premier Floorplan Layout

 
Twelve layouts, 136 units, 1,066 to 1,302 sqft, and the widest spread of types in any band. Type C4 at 1,066 sqft occupies three stacks; C5, C6 and C7 are all 1,087 sqft and occupy three, one and one stack respectively. This is where the household shelter arrives, fitted with aluminium louvred slide and swing doors so the room can be ventilated when used as a helper’s room, and where the big foyer or dry kitchen that distinguishes the Premier types from the plain 3 Bedroom appears. All four run a gas hob. Between the four types the differences are in the foyer arrangement and the kitchen and yard configuration rather than in any single named feature, and the room count is the same across them. Share value differs inside this band: the C4 group sits at share value 6 and the C5, C6 and C7 groups at 7.

 

3 Bedroom + Study Floorplan Layout

 
Six layouts, 72 units, 1,227 to 1,464 sqft. Types C8 and C9 sit on two stacks each in the two 18-storey blocks, and both belong to the Prestige Collection: a private lift opening onto a private lift lobby, marble flooring through the living, dining and corridor, a second store room, and a yard with its own water closet. Neither has a household shelter. Type C8 is 1,238 sqft and C9 is 1,249 sqft on a typical floor, and the ground-floor C8-G is 1,227 sqft, slightly smaller than the standard-floor unit above it rather than larger. Both run a gas hob.

 

4 Bedroom and 4 Bedroom Premier Floorplan Layout

 
Two bands drawn together, eleven layouts and 100 units. The 4 Bedroom band is nine layouts and 68 units from 1,227 to 1,518 sqft: Type D1 at 1,227 sqft on one stack in Block 8, D2 at 1,270 sqft on one stack each in Blocks 3 and 6, and D3 at 1,292 sqft on one stack in Block 1. All three add a household shelter and a wet and dry kitchen split, with the dry kitchen finished in marble, and all three take marble flooring through the living, dining and corridor even though they sit in the Signature Collection. Provision is otherwise the same gas hob and washer dryer combo as the bands below, with a free standing fridge.

 
The 4 Bedroom Premier band is Type D4 alone with its penthouse, 32 units from 1,690 to 2,034 sqft, on one stack in each 18-storey block. It is a different specification rather than a larger version of the same one: a built-in fridge alongside the Samsung free standing fridge, a built-in dishwasher, an undercounter wine chiller, and a separate washer and dryer instead of a combo unit. The master bedroom has a glass walk-in wardrobe with a dresser, the master bath has two basins, a long bath and a remote-controlled shower water closet, and there is a junior master bath and a powder room besides. That stack starts at the third storey: there is no D4-G and no second-storey unit.

 

5 Bedroom Floorplan Layout

 
Two layouts, 32 units, 1,905 to 2,260 sqft. Type E occupies one stack in each 18-storey block, running from the third storey to the seventeenth with Type E-PH at the eighteenth. Like the 4 Bedroom Premier stack beside it, this one has no ground-floor and no second-storey unit, so no E-G exists anywhere in the development. Specification matches the 4 Bedroom Premier exactly: built-in fridge, dishwasher, wine chiller, separate washer and dryer, glass walk-in wardrobe, the two-basin master bath with long bath and shower water closet, junior master bath and powder room. The E-PH is one of the four built show units, at 210 sqm or 2,260 sqft inclusive of its strata void, with a 4.62m ceiling over the living and dining.
