The Continuum Condo Project Information – The Continuum is built across North Continuum (Blocks 1, 3 and 5) and South Continuum (Blocks 2, 6 and 8), joined by a landmark private overhead bridge that only residents can cross, plus two further sky bridges linking Block 1 to Block 3 and Block 6 to Block 8. The development is built with sustainability in mind, with blocks running a linear, North-South orientation for panoramic views toward the Central Business District, Joo Chiat’s low-rise conservation shophouses, and East Coast Park. The carpark runs to 816 lots across two full basement levels, a one-to-one ratio with the homes, of which 8 are EV charging lots, alongside 8 accessible lots and 136 bicycle lots. The development holds BCA Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy certification, awarded in August 2023, with onsite renewable generation sized to replace around 30% of the clubhouse amenity load and five-tick air conditioning and LED lighting throughout. Every unit also comes with a mobile community app for visitor registration and facilities booking, on top of the digital lockset, WiFi doorbell camera and smart air-con control fitted throughout.

The Continuum Condo Floor Plan spans nine price bands covering one to five bedrooms, drawn as 49 named layouts, with two finish tiers, the Signature Collection and the private-lift Prestige Collection. The Signature Collection covers 1 Bedroom + Study through 4 Bedroom types on shared lifts, while the Prestige Collection, the 3 Bedroom + Study, 4 Bedroom Premier and 5 Bedroom types, each come with their own private lift and lift lobby.

Every kitchen runs V-ZUG cooker hoods and ovens with a Franke sink, and Samsung handles the fridge and laundry throughout, but the specific appliance package steps up by unit tier:

The Continuum Condo Location Highlights – The Continuum sits between Haig Road and Tanjong Katong Road, within a 20-minute walk of three MRT lines: the East-West and Circle Lines at Paya Lebar Interchange, and the Thomson-East Coast Line at Tanjong Katong. Paya Lebar MRT Interchange is a 13-minute walk (8 minutes by bicycle), Dakota MRT Station on the Circle Line is a 9-minute walk (4 minutes by bicycle), and Tanjong Katong MRT Station on the Thomson-East Coast Line, which opened in June 2024, is a 19-minute walk. Major expressways including the Pan-Island Expressway, East Coast Parkway, Marina Coastal Expressway and Kallang-Paya Lebar Expressway provide access to the Central Business District and Marina Bay Financial District for drivers.

Several URA masterplan programmes sit nearby, covering the Kampong Bugis area, the Old Kallang Airport site and the Kallang Alive Loop, alongside the eventual relocation of Paya Lebar Airbase. Where is The Continuum?
The Continuum is on Thiam Siew Avenue in District 15, between Haig Road and Tanjong Katong Road, on the boundary of Katong, Dakota and Paya Lebar. It occupies two sites: North Continuum at 1, 3 and 5 Thiam Siew Avenue, and South Continuum at 2, 6 and 8.

Is The Continuum freehold?
Yes. The Continuum is freehold, held as an estate in fee simple, on land assembled from 22 separate freehold plots. Freehold sites of that size are uncommon because they depend on many owners agreeing to a collective sale rather than on a single government tender.

Who is the developer of The Continuum?
The Continuum is developed by Hoi Hup Sunway Katong Pte. Ltd., holding Developer Licence C1461, a joint venture formed by Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments in the proportion 70:30. Hoi Hup Realty was incorporated in Singapore in 1983 and has delivered more than 7,300 homes; Sunway Developments is the Singapore development arm of Sunway Group, listed on Bursa Malaysia.

When will The Continuum be completed?
Expected Temporary Occupation Permit is 17 November 2027, with legal completion expected on 17 November 2030. The three year gap between the two is standard: Temporary Occupation Permit is the date keys are handed over, and legal completion is when the final payment falls due.

How many units are there at The Continuum, and what sizes?
There are 816 units, from a 560 sqft 1 Bedroom + Study to a 2,260 sqft 5 Bedroom penthouse. Those 816 homes are drawn as 49 named layouts grouped into nine price bands, because most layouts carry a ground floor and a penthouse variant that share their base type’s band.

Which MRT stations are nearest to The Continuum?
Dakota MRT on the Circle Line is the closest, a 9 minute walk or 4 minutes by bicycle. Paya Lebar Interchange is 13 minutes on foot, and because it is an interchange it serves two of the three lines from one station, the East-West and the Circle. Tanjong Katong on the Thomson-East Coast Line, which opened on 23 June 2024 as part of the line’s fourth stage, is 19 minutes. All three lines therefore sit inside a 20 minute walk.

Do North Continuum and South Continuum each have their own facilities?
Yes. Each site carries a full set of pools, a clubhouse and a rooftop Sky Garden of its own, so neither depends on the other. Residents can use both, crossing by a private overhead bridge that only residents can access, and two further sky bridges link Block 1 to Block 3 and Block 6 to Block 8.

How does payment work before completion?
The Continuum uses the standard Progressive Payment Scheme set by the Housing Developers Rules: 5% on the Option to Purchase, 15% on signing the Sale and Purchase Agreement, milestone tranches through construction, 25% at Temporary Occupation Permit and a final 15% at legal completion. Interest accrues only on the amount drawn, so early instalments are considerably smaller than the full monthly figure.

Where is The Continuum showflat, and is there a buyer’s commission?
The showflat is on Rose Lane, about 270 metres from the development site, open daily from 10am to 7pm by appointment. There is no buyer’s commission at any point: our sales representatives are remunerated by the developer, and the price quoted is the same through any authorised channel.
